Using one-fifth of the power of comparable incandescents, the LED TriColor/Anchor combination allows boaters to switch between a 360° Anchor mode and TriColor navigation light (which includes port (red), starboard (green), and stern (white) lights) with just the flip of a switch. This rugged and waterproof light includes a strobe option that converts the light to an anchor (WHITE) color and strobes the light on/off for emergencies. Additionally, the photodiode automatically turns the anchor light on at dusk and off at dawn. The light also has 2 nautical miles of visibility and is certified for sailboats up to 65-feet in length. U.S. Coast Guard approved. The LX Collection of Weems & Plath OGM LED Navigation Lights was the first in the world to be USCG approved and has subsequently, set the standard for all others to follow.
